In the most recent survey administered by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Tiffany Square was rated deficiency-free.
It is not common for a nursing home to receive a deficiency-free survey, meaning all services provided at these facilities meet or exceed all state and federal standards.
All nursing homes are inspected annually to evaluate services and renew state licensure. Unannounced, surveyors come in to interview, observe, and check records for at least four days. If each of the hundreds of regulations are met, the nursing home is awarded a "deficiency-free" survey.
Tiffany Square Receives Excellence in Action Award

Tiffany Square received My Inner View’s Excellence in Action award, a national honor recognizing the facility’s commitment to superior team satisfaction. Nearly 5,500 nursing homes in the country participated in a 2010 satisfaction survey. The awards, which are presented annually, recognize those providers that performed in the top 10 percent of nursing homes.
