My son and daughter visited several options located in Springfield and felt that Elfindale would be the best place for me. We have been more than pleased with the care I received the two months I was a resident.
I felt like I was in a top notch hotel/spa! All the rooms are private, which I especially liked. The Manor is beautiful, well kept inside and out, but more importantly, the care teams were phenomenal. They worked well together, always pleasant and wanting to help me in any way they could, Everyone, from the housekeeping, laundry, CNAs, nursing staff, bath giver, food service, physical and occupational therapists, business office, social workers, activities, dietitian, to the administrator always called me by name and made me feel that I was a personal friend and my comfort and care was utmost!
Needless to say, I responded well to their care and was able to return to my home within eight weeks. I made dear friends while there and I will remember them, always. I would quickly recommend The Manor at Elfindale to anyone that needs a loving place to recuperate, the physical therapy department is excellent, and/or finds that long term care is needed for themselves or a loved one."
