  • Life Enrichment Assistant

    Full-time position, 33 or 34 hours per week on a 2 week rotating schedule including EOW. 
    Primary responsibility     is to facilitate and document activities for our residents in the Memory Support Household.  Hours for this position will be from 10am to 5:30p.
    Secondary responsibility is to be our Transportation Aide transporting residents to and from medical appointments.  Hours for this position will be from 9a to 3p with some need for flexibility.  Will need to have or attain a Chauffer's endorsement.
    **Candidate must possess C.N.A. certification or be willing to gain certification.

    At Shady Oaks Care Center, we are seeking world-class people to serve our residents and uphold our mission of “Dignity in Life”. We are currently looking for full-time Restorative Aide working a rotating schedule of 7a to 3:30p/9:30a to 6p.  Must have a current C.N.A. certification.  Willing to assist with Restorative therapies certification for right candidate!
