I wanted to send a personal thank you for all the loving care that was given by all of you. It meant so much to see dad treated with dignity and respect. Dad loved a good joke and many of you shared a good laugh now and then with him. He really loved bingo and was very proud of his winnings!! We also appreciated all the kindness given to us during Dad's last cycle of days. All of you that stopped by to say your goodbyes to our dad. God bless all of you. So many of you have touched our lives and our hearts forever. Thank you.

Dear Papillion Manor:

Thank you for providing a loving place for mom to spend her last days. You guided us through a very difficult time and surrounded her and us with your care and love. We could tell the difference from our first moments there. We just wish we had moved her to your place sooner than we did. So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all you did.

Thanks to all the great staff! Everyone made it a point to call me by name. They all tried to make my stay a pleasant one. My requests at meals were always accepted with no questions. All in all - SUPER JOB!

I just wanted to thank the staff there at Papillion Manor for caring for my mom, while she was in Nebraska. I know that my mom would have done it herself, but actually she is, through me. She really like your facility and staff very much. She spoke highly of you all there that cared for her. I would like to thank you for all the assistance you gave while we made the transition to move her from Nebraska to Texas. It was very professional and was done in a timely manner, but foremost in a kind manner. You are all a blessing to us, her children, for making that happen as well as it did. I appreciate you all to no end and will be forever grateful. Thank you again for being a part of her life, even if for a short while. God Bless!

Everyone in this facility has been so kind, cheerful, and patient and my stay here has been made so very comfortable. The therapists were the very best and I saw so many other people helped to do things I would not have imagined could happen. My sincere thanks to everyone!

I can't thank you enough for all your kindness and wonderful care you gave me while I was at Papillion Manor! You are awesome!

On Easter we had a last minute idea to bring dinner to Papillion Manor so that we could all be with my mom. I called at about noon and asked if we could have a place set up for 8 people, plus my mom, for 6:00pm. I was thinking it might be too late of notice and I was kind of apprehensive about asking. I was so pleasantly surprised when I called. It was no problem at all. We ended up having 11 people and everyone was so nice and accomodating. The table was all set up so nice in the family dining room. There were no complaints when we had to move another table into the room and add more place settings. We didn't even have to clean up and bus the table after we were finished. They just told us to enjoy ourselves and leave everything for them to clean up. We were made to feel so comfortable and invited...we didn't feel like intruders at all. I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the hospitality. It was such a nice time for all of us and we felt right at home.
