Heritage Living Center offers skilled nursing services, rehabilitation therapies, social services, life-enrichment activities, home-cooked meals, nutritional services, maintenance, housekeeping and laundry. We offer a home-like environment where family is serving family!
We personalize each resident’s care based on their lifestyles and their likes and dislikes. We host a resident care conference within 24 hours of admission and we base our care plan on each resident’s individual needs. The local physicians come to the facility to access our new residents within 24 hours of admission.
