"I would like to thank you and your staff for the care my mother received while a resident at Brookestone Village. It was her home for seven years. During that time some of the staff changed, but I think she was always treated with dignity. I am grateful for that.
I am especially grateful to the staff on Silver Maple. These care givers washed, dressed, and fed her when she was unable to do these things for herself. They became surrogate family members when neither my brother nor I could be there to give her the care she needed.
Please give my appreciation and best wishes to everyone. You all made it seem like "home" whenever I came to visit. I have fond memories of family get-togethers and birthday celebrations at Brookestone."

"Mom was the 80th person to come live at Brookestone. She didn't want to leave her warm and loving home but she soon realized that her new warm and loving home was here.
Her favorite place to sit was by the staff door so she could watch you come and go. She beamed as each and every one of you greeted her by name.
We knew Mom would get wonderful care here but we didn't know that caring came with so much love."
