Welcome to Brookestone Village, we are so glad you have inquired about our services and we look forward to providing the quality care and comfort that your loved one needs and deserves. We are a Medicare certified skilled nursing facility and we specialize in Alzheimer’s/dementia care as well as short-term rehabilitation.
We are able to provide services for 120 residents at Brookestone Village. We are located on South 144th Street, just one block South of ‘F” Street in Omaha, just on the outskirts of the Millard community. It is a superb location, just minutes from the Oakview Mall, Charlie’s on the Lake, and many other shopping and dining opportunities.
We offer six unique and intimate households, each containing 18-22 residents and a country kitchen where the residents dine. There is a silent call system for nursing assistance, which enhances our peaceful, homelike environment. Additionally, we are surrounded by a beautiful lake and landscaped courtyards.
We offer personalized care for each resident and we pride ourselves on serving you and making sure all of your needs are met.
