I would like to express my appreciation for the recent patient care I received at your facility.  It may be an understatement to say that the care I received was superb.  The nursing staff was unbelievably patient. They went out of their way to provide comfort for their patients. The staff that cared for me treated everyone with caring dignity while making sure that they received the care that was appropriate for each individual.
I received fantastic rehab care.  They encouraged me to put forth maximum effort and did so in a very efficient and friendly manner.  I am making rapid strides of improvement and much of this can be attributed to these individuals.
