    Brookestone Meadows receives national recognition for
    Outstanding customer and team satisfaction
     
    Brookestone Meadows received My Inner View’s Excellence in Action awards, a national honor recognizing the facility’s commitment to superior customer and team satisfaction. Nearly 5,500 nursing homes in the country participated in a 2010 satisfaction survey. The awards, which are presented annually, recognize those providers that performed in the top 10 percent of nursing homes.
     
    “We congratulate the Excellence in Action award recipients,” said Amanda Twiss, CEO of My InnerView-OCS. “These skilled nursing facilities deserve recognition for their success. Residents, families and the Brookestone Meadows team thought enough of their care and teamwork to score their satisfaction as excellent. This award salutes their dedication to customer satisfaction and highlights the differences they make in the lives of people every day.”
     
    My InnerView-OCS, a division of National Research Corporation, provides applied research and quality-improvement solutions that span the entire post-acute healthcare continuum. My InnerView presents the annual awards and supports leaders across the entire senior care profession with tools to measure, benchmark, and improve performance. This year’s award for superior customer satisfaction was presented to My InnerView customers who completed a resident, family and team satisfaction survey in 2010, had a minimum 30 percent response rate, and scored in the top 10 percent of qualifying facilities on the question “What is your recommendation of this facility to others?” in terms of the percentage of respondents rating the nursing home as “excellent.”

    Brookestone Meadows is one of the 31 facilities owned or managed by the Vetter Health Services (VHS) group of Omaha, Nebraska. The care center’s administrator and staff develop plans to continuously improve their services and facility with support from the VHS network. Operating decisions are made locally to ensure that Brookestone Meadows remains responsive to the needs of its residents and community.

  • Brookestone Meadows celebrates 4K Day!

    WOW, what a day we enjoyed on Wednesday, September 7th as we celebrated 4K Day!  At Brookestone Meadows 4K stands for our 4,000th admission since opening on 11/05/2008!  We feel we have been blessed as a team to have had the opportunity to care for that many individuals as they have received skilled nursing care and therapy. We also feel blessed to have the incredible staff we have that offer those specialized cares. The day was spectacular from beginning to end with weather that made everyone happy to be able to celebrate outdoors as well as inside our beautiful facility. Congratulations Brookestone Meadows Team and Thank You to all of the patients, residents and families who entrust us with their care.

  • Brookestone Meadows Family & Resident Surveys = 100% Overall Satisfaction!

    Brookestone Meadows completes an anonymous satisfaction survey through a company called MyInnerview.  This survey was conducted in December of 2010 for long term families and residents.  Family results are 100% overall satisfaction and Resident results were also 100% overall satisfaction!
